How to choose who uploads and who sees the album photos

Where to find it

“Photos” tab → album mode button (“Among guests”, “Private”, “Open” or “Drop box”)

Before you start

• The “Photos” tab must be active in your event.

Steps

1. 1

   In the “Photos” tab, tap the album mode button. It says “Among guests”, “Private”, “Open” or “Drop box”.

   Answer “Who can upload?”: “Only guests” (they come in through their invitation) or “Anyone with the link” (also anyone who scans the QR code, even without an invitation).

   Answer “What does each person see?”: “Everything from everyone” or “Only what they uploaded”.

   Tap “Save”.

   To hide specific photos when everyone sees everything, select them and tap “Make private”. To show them again, “Show to everyone”.

Result

The button shows the album’s mode:

• Among guests: your guests upload and everyone sees everything.
• Private: your guests upload and each person only sees their own.
• Open: anyone with the link uploads and everyone sees everything.
• Drop box: anyone with the link uploads and each person only sees their own; you see everything.

Notes

The change also applies to what was already uploaded. Whatever someone made private stays private.

You and your collaborators always see everything.
