How to share the album with a link or QR code

Where to find it

“Photos” tab → album mode button → “Anyone with the link”, then “Link and QR”

Before you start

• The “Photos” tab must be active in your event.
• Your event must be Pro.

Steps

   In the “Photos” tab, tap the album mode button and under “Who can upload?” choose “Anyone with the link”.

   Tap “Save”. The link and its QR code are created right then.

   Tap “Link and QR”. There you’ll find the QR code with your event’s name.

   Download the QR code: “PNG” to send it or show it on a screen, or “SVG” for printing (sharp at any size). Or tap “Copy” to share the link.

Result

Anyone who opens the link or scans the QR code sees the album right away. The first time they upload something, we ask for their name and, if they want, their WhatsApp.

In the “Guests” view, people who came in this way appear under “Without an invitation”. If their WhatsApp matches one of your invitations, their photos are added to that invitation.

Notes

• If the link leaked, tap “Change the link” in “Link and QR”. The old link and QR codes stop working; everything already uploaded stays.
• To link someone to their invitation, open them in “Guests” → “Without an invitation” and choose “Link to an invitation” in the menu. They keep coming in through the QR code and never get that invitation’s link.
• To remove what someone uploaded, choose “Block and hide their photos” in the same menu. Their photos disappear from the album, and so will anything they upload later. We don’t tell them.
• To close the link, go back to “Only guests”. Anyone with the link will see that it no longer works.
• Your plan’s limits count what anyone uploads.
