How to download several photos in a zip
Pick photos, videos, a collection or what a guest shared, and download them together in the quality you want.

Where to find it
“Photos” tab → select → “Download”
Before you start
- Your event is Pro.
- Use a computer if there are many photos: the zip is built in your browser.
Steps

Select what you want to download. You can also open a collection or a guest and tap “Download” or “Download all”.

Tap “Download”.

Choose the quality: “Original” (as they were uploaded), “Large” (up to 2400 px, for printing) or “Medium” (up to 1280 px, for sharing).

Tap “Download zip”. Keep the tab open until it finishes.
Result
You see “Done. Look for the zip in your downloads.” Each file is named after who shared it and the time.
Notes
Videos always download in their original quality.
If what you chose is over 1 GB, the download comes in several zips so your browser doesn’t freeze.
Only the event team can download. Guests can’t download photos from their invitation.
Common issues
Check your connection and tap “Try again”.
Downloading in a zip is part of Pro.
