How to sort photos into collections

“Photos” tab → “Collections”

Before you start

• Your event is Pro.

Steps

   Select photos or videos. On a computer, hover over a photo and tick its circle; on your phone, press and hold. With “Select” next to each moment, you take that whole moment.

   Tap “To collection”.

   Tick one or more collections, or type the name of a “New collection” and tap “Create”.

   Tap “Save”.

   To see a collection, open the “Collections” view and tap its card. From its options you can “Rename”, “Add photos” or “Delete collection”.

Result

The photos are grouped in the collection and the card shows how many it has.

Notes

A photo can be in several collections at once. Deleting a collection doesn’t delete its photos: they stay in the album.

Guests don’t see collections.
